  • Android 10 adds a user's system authorization function to the apps that need to recognize the steps data or classify physical activities, such as walking, biking, and moving to a car.
Due to the additional function, we located an error in the current app version that is causing the linkage issue so we are currently working on resolving it.
We'll guide you on how to temporarily use the step count features in our app before releasing the corrected version.
Smartphone (Android) setting app > Application menu > Fitrus T app > Authorization > Physical activity: Set to "Allow"
